Weeks of ageing take the edges off the rum and turn the sugar into something closer to depth than sweetness. There is no muddled fruit and no soda. Three or four things, doing exactly what they are meant to do.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe it over one large piece of ice in a rocks glass, with a wide strip of lime peel. The ice is not only for the cold.
